hold Homeland Security funding hostage.

Created by C.H. on January 15, 2015

Politico: "What really worries members of both parties is that no one - not even leadership - seems to know what kind of bill could get through Congress in time to avert a funding lapse for [Homeland Security] after Feb. 27 ... many Republicans fear that will be a clean funding bill, without policy provisions on immigration attached."

Funding for the failed DHS should be far from veto-proof. I would like to see any DHS funding vetoed unless some nice stuff gets attached. With those funds freed up we could get National One Pay Healthcare or something else really nice.
