I. If there is a no weapons reported from Dispatch, officer will not be allowed to use any fire arm.
II. When video footage is provided, and the officers where not harmed with any weapon and the civilian was killed- the community and the courts must sentence that Individual to 10 years minimum.
III. THE COUNTY must pay the immediate family of the killed victim , which we help pay for the funeral expenses/college tuitions/etc.
