Any member of the U.S. elected body ( members of Congress , the Senate & the White House ) shall have to vacate their seat within 6 months of being convicted of or admitting to the charge of Adultery . Any member of the before mentioned that engages in activity that is a clear violation of his/her oath of marriage & their vow to their God is removed from office & banned from practicing politics for 20 yrs .
