In 2011 the Nuclear reactor at Fukushima suffered a serious meltdown, caused in part by mismanagement and by woeful unpreparedness for natural disasters.
As a result the United States now faces a silent catastrophe of unprecedented proportions. Radiation is leaking out of the Fukushima reactors and is poisoning the pacific ocean. A belt of dense radiation particles is washing on to the US west coast and the pollution is already killing US citizens and destroying US industries and the environment. The US should hold Japan accountable for the neglect it caused and must seek fair compensation for damages caused.
I call upon the president of the US to commence the procedure for seeking fair compensation at once. This matter can not wait it is only fair Japan ends up paying.
