Along with thousands of other citizens, I too have been a victim of injustice at the hands of a corrupt system. Those committing the crimes are Judges, Magistrates, etc. The very person(s) we should be able to trust and depend on to provide justice.
When a Judge, Magistrate, or member of the Courthouse violates a persons rights there should be an immediate investigation, immediate consequence if found guilty, and the person violated a retrial (or similar).
My exp. involves my youngest child. I had to move from FL to NC so that I could safely provide for my children. My child's father made NO objections to the move and testified under oath at least twice to that fact. Yet the Magistrate (Taylor I believe) and Judge Rainwater both ignored it and took my child away from me in 2009.
