Emma Hernandez (47) & Margie Carranza (71) were shot at many times by LAPD officers simply because the officers believed the vehicle they were in looked similar to the one suspect Christopher Dormer owned. This should be considered attempted murder. They cannot shoot at a target without fully identifying it... Not to mention, EVEN if it was Dormer they could not fire upon him without giving him an opportunity to peacefully surrender. This is just outrageous and we should all demand something be done about it.
