Those who are sworn to uphold the law should never break the laws of the state or our constitution, It is my profound belief that there should be no statue of limitation for any crimes committed by law enforcement officials who are sworn to uphold our governmental laws and constitutional rights. It should be against the law for police or any other law enforcement officials to abuse citizens in any way including physical abuse, threats and retaliation. Falsifying official police or law enforcement documents should be a class 1 felony in cases where physical harm or death was a direct result of the actions of law enforcement.
