To Hold Lawmakers Responsible with Metrics based Bonus

Cut federally elected lawmaker's salaries including the President, Vice President, Senators, and House Members by 40% and provide the 40% cut as a year end bonus as follows: provide 1/6th of the 40% cut as a bonus if a) the unemployment rate is less than 6%, 1/6th if b) the underemployment rate is less than 6%, 1/6th if c) food assistance ("food stamp") recipients number less than 25 million people all year long, 1/6th if d) the national public high school graduation rate is 85% or greater, 1/6th if e) annual federal revenues exceed outlays, i.e. the national debt decreased for the year, and 1/6th if f) the average national number of murders and nonnegligent manslaughter offenses for the year is less than 3 offenses per 100,000 persons according to FBI statistics.
