Hold legal agency's accountable for their actions or lack of actions as the case may be, that is detrimental to the well being of society and personal well being. That having power/discretion within one's job does not give them the right to abuse said power/discretion solely to benefit themselves. That misfeasance/nonfeasance/malfeasance is not acceptable - "sweeping it under the rug" is not acceptable - denying culpability in blatant acts of malfeasance has no business being in a place of power.
That the motto of being in a place of power, gives them the right to and avoid punishment, for doing something blatantly illegal and abominable for their station...
