Hold Legislators Responsible for Bad Legislation.

I would like to propose a constitutional amendment demanding that if a legislator introduces, sponsors or cosponsors a law that is later found to be unconstitutional in any portion, that they are liable for all of the legal costs involved including ex post facto legislation.
