Reclassify mainstream media as a national resource that must present on verified facts to the American Public. If they present anything other than non-biased, fact based, and well researched (with sources for all facts) to the public they shall be financially penalized and taken off the air for one week per infraction. If they wish to state opinion they must present all sources for the opinion and counter arguments. If no facts are there to prove the opinion they must openly state "This is my opinion and is based on nothing more than my feelings." Every 20 seconds.
