Mr. President, in leu of recent eye-witness testimony by high ranking officials on the ground during the 2012 terrorist attacks on the United States consulate in Benghazi, Libya, it has become increasingly clear that your administration has been less than forthcoming in its explanation of the events surrounding the attacks. In particular, the eye-witness testimony of diplomat Gregory Hicks has flown in direct conflict with your administration's account of the details. It is because of this reason that We the American people, while retaining our unconditional sovereignty as citizens by right of our Constitution, demand that you immediately hold a press conference in which you will detail your exact whereabouts on the night of the attacks that claimed the lives of four American citizens.
