To hold the Media responsible for the actions of groups or individuals inspired by irresponsible statements or reporting

Freedom of speech is our inalienable right as Americans, but that right comes with an enormous responsibility. Media, ie. News, Talk Shows, even Social Media are incredible platforms for getting messages almost instantly not only across this country but around the world almost instantly. As such individuals that use these venues to reach out should be held responsible if it is found that through the inaccuracy of information, or by personal opinion, a crime be committed and should be held in part responsible for the actions of individuals or groups found motivated by them. This is not suggested as an amendment, but as an enforceable responsibility.
