Members of this Congress (mainly Republicans and the Tea Party) have failed in their oaths to uphold the U.S. Constitution, upsetting domestic tranquility, failing to promote the general welfare and securing the blessings of liberties for all, and compromising the common defense.
With recorded, public declarations of hostility and malicious intent against the Obama Presidency, Americans have been compromised by on-going attacks against the ACA, cutting "entitlement" programs, discriminating against minorities, women, and the LGBTQ, shutting down the government, restricting access to voting, and inciting international unrest and violence.
These individuals must be held negligent and removed from office post-haste, not after the 2014 or 2016 elections.
