Hold a nation wide vote on cutting the pay of the Congress. They do not spend enough time working for 174k yearly

Since the Congress is not working in the best interests of all Americans, and they deny the majority what it is constantly telling them we want - We would like their pay and their benefits cut to match the time they actually spend working. 174k a year is too much money for only working 2/3's of the time, and turning their backs on what their constituents want.
