Hold a National Sovereignty and Children's Day

Every April 23, children in Turkey are allowed to symbolically govern. Turkish schoolchildren take seats in the Parliament for the day and elect a president who then addresses the country on national television. This petition argues that the United States hold a similar event every 18th day of the month of August.
