I would like to see a nationwide ballot vote open to all registered voters age 18 and over, that sets term limits on congress. Limiting senators to no more than 3 six year terms (18 years) and house members to 5 two year terms (10 years).
Like the presidency, policy cannot change if the cast never changes.
We the people need to make sure our voices are heard, and by changing who is in charge every few years may keep the general population's voices heard, rather than making senators (and other congressmen)millionaires.
