We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

To Hold A New Presidential Election if Greater than or Equal to One-Third of the Voter Population does Not Vote

Created by J.S. on August 30, 2016

Trump and Sanders were just the beginning. They refused to sit on their asses and let this world go to shit, so now, well, it's our turn to give a damn. I don't like Hillary. She's more of the same. I don't like Trump. He just says things that he feels. Voting 3rd Party is a waste of time with the current structure.
Therefore, it should be the case that, given any presidential election where greater than or equal to one-third of the number of the voters in the country do not vote, for whatever reason, a new election should be called. In that new election, the initial candidates from the failed election may choose to run again and any new candidate may enter the new election. THIS IS A ROUGH DRAFT OF A LAW; PARAMETERS MAY BE ADJUSTED AS NEED BE
