Any elected official knowingly signing unconstitutional legislation into law, issuing orders or communications in the official capacity of the office they hold undermining the Constitution are and will be held fundamentally in breach of their respective oaths of office. "We the people" have every right and authority, indeed the obligation, to remove that official from that office by whatever means necessary in order to defend the crucible that is our nation, under Title 18 USC 241 & 242, The Constitution and it's collective amendments, especially but not limited to the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 10th and 14th. Any behavior deemed a violation will be considered "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" and dealt with accordingly. Violations pending elections or appointments will not be tolerated.
