Hold Officers of the Armed Forces accountable for the suicides of the sons and daughters of America.

Created by J.G. on November 16, 2012

The Officers within the Armed Forces have an obligation to keep the sons and daughters of America reasonably safe. Suicide is preventable and so is apathetic leadership. If an officer or senior non-commisioned officer has a suicide of an individual they are responsible for it should be annotated on their evaluation report possibly preventing future promotion. This will encourage today's apathetic leaders in the military to get engaged and actually take care of the service members in their care.

I only include officers and senior nco ranks because of the current military trend to let the lowest ranking take the fall. First officer and first senior nco in their chain of command should be held accountable. They are responsible for the climate the individual worked in and their welfare.
