Require officers of the law and military to under go an annual trial in a court of the law as a condition of annual performance review taking into account any and all positive and negative conduct on the part of the officer over the course of the year providing a hotline for citizens to report both positive and negative conduct as a sort of police 911 when officers of the law are not conducting themselves in a professional manner according to the oath taken as a police officer
