To hold our Legislative Branch of government accountable and and create a Congressional Reform Act.

Anytime there is a deficit of more than 3% of GDP and/or no Balanced Budget, all sitting Congress members are ineligible for re-election. All past, present & future contracts w/Congress members VOID effective 7/1/2013, the American people did not choose these contracts. Past, present & future Congress only collects a salary while in office,No Tenure/No Pension, they must participate in Social Security & all Social Security must only go into Social Security, they will not vote themselves pay raises & pay raises will only be 3% or CPI whichever is lower, they have no more of their current healthcare system & must participate in the same type of healthcare as all Americans & if they want a retirement plan they must purchase & participate in their own retirement plan as all Americans.
