hold the owners of Adair Grain, Inc. and West Fertilizer Co criminally responsible for the deaths of 14 people.

We the people demand that the Justice Department and federal government hold the owners and management of Adair Grain, Inc and the West Fertilizer Co responsible for the death of 14 people, the injuries to several hundred people, as well as causing hundreds of millions of dollars in property damage. The amount of fertilizer they possessed violates numerous US laws relating to storing and possessing weapons of mass destruction. The safety standards were non existent and this tragedy could have been prevented had the owners put people over profit. In order to uphold faith in the US justice system they must be charged.
