to combat this type of behavior and discourage future website owners from profiting off of the pain and suffering of others, we ask that a law be created to prosecute and hold accountable the owners of the sites, when the are blatantly designed to embarrass, harass, cause harm and slander other citizens.
A majority of these users are allowed to post under anonymous accounts with no proof if identity therefore the responsibility remains on the owner for allowing this to happen.
