Hold Parents accoutable for their young childrens social networking accounts

I feel quite a bit of issues arise within the child-tween crowd because of the lack of parental guidance. This lack of parenting has allowed a large number of children to open accounts on social networking sites, which when reported do in fact get deleted, however only to be opened again by the child. I find that the parents who lack interest in knowing what their children are doing, or by researching their text messages, or social media posts or YouTube videos on the internet, are the ones who have children who are out of line, causing bullying, or harassment by the children who are following the rules and regulations that are set forth by the social networking and social media site, as well as the children who fortunately have parents who are involved in their children’s extra curricular
