Hold the pay of Congress until they reach a balanced budget.

This is a petition for the Comander in Chief to withhold Congress pay until a budget is met. Or if Congress fails to make a budget furlow all of them let them draw their unemployment and hire someone who can get the job done.
Quit letting Congress waste time money and most of all our livelyhood.
