The USPS has been damaging mail and denying insurance claims with no accountability for way too long. We need to place criminal charges on the postal employees who do such things. These occurrences cost many people alot of money when they paid to ship items in the first place. I am tired of damaged mail with only a "Sorry, There's nothing we can do."
