Article One, Section One of the US Constitution states, "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives." This means "All legislative Powers" belong to Congress and it is Unconstitutional for the POTUS or any one besides the Congress to make U.S. Federal laws.
The Constitution is very straight forward on this subject. If they can't stop breaking this law in DC, we have to have some accountability for those who would break their oaths to protect the Constitution. We need it to stop or we need some sever penalties in place.
Our Constitution is what makes us the greatest nation. To allow it to be ignored puts all our freedoms in jeopardy.
