Whereas the United States Constitution is the law of the land and the foundation of our government,
Whereas Treason is defined as the betrayal of allegiance to the United States,
Whereas the President and every member of Congress take an oath to uphold the Constitution,
Whereas the President and every member of Congress are required to understand the Constitution,
Whereas no legal deterrent for passing unconstitutional laws exists,
Please create a law requiring that for every executive order and law that is subsequently proven to be unconstitutional, everyone responsible for passing the executive order or law be found guilty of Treason.
