Russia is not a responsible world power and should not be treated as such. The United States cannot tolerate aggression, human rights abuses, and the active support of war crimes in Syria any more. We call on the Obama administration to:
1) Evict Russia from the G8 and G20 until Russia makes satisfactory progress on the aforementioned issues.
2) Freeze the assets of Russian businesses and consider comprehensive economic sanctions and to implement travel bans on members of the Russian government and their families, including Vladimir Putin.
4) Request that NATO begin emergency planning and raise the alert level of the NATO response force to prepare for any further aggression from Russia.
5) Suspend all NATO cooperation and agreements with Russia.
