We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Hold prosecutors accountable for violating defendant’s due process rights.

Created by D.H. on July 06, 2016

Currently in most states, no law exists to punish prosecutors civilly or criminally (due to immunity protection) when they violate a defendant’s due process rights including but not limited to; withholding exculpatory evidence, destroying evidence along with the use of unreliable so called jail house snitches who are used to taint a jury from hearing the truth and seeing the real evidence.

The state bar associations don’t take complaints seriously enough and dismiss them without a full investigation into a defendants or their family’s allegations.

Asking the White House to create a committee to investigate prosecutors will ensure that they are following the law of due process that they swore to uphold when you voted them into office.
