Hold Referendum in Alaska and Texas.

Grant the States of Alaska, Texas and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to hold referendum on the political status of these territories giving them liberty, sovereignty and opportunity whether to become idependent countries with their own New Governments, to rejoin Russia (Alaska) and Mexico (Texas) or stay in the Union(if people vote so)
The USA continues to suffer economic problems and also it's government's incapable of carrying out prudent foreign and home policy.
We have to admit that being in the Union these territories slow down their economic development.
It's awful to see when a country of modern democracy doesn't allow it's citizens (and citizens of other countries like Ukraine) rights for self-determination. WE ARE ALL EQUAL & HAVE RIGHTS TO DETERMINE OUR FUTURE. PROVE IT
