hold referendums in states, who have at least one Senator whom is a member of the "Republican Conference", to withdraw

The United States of America is based on the ideals of democracy and self-governance. To continue to live up to this standard, we believe that states, like Texas, whom have already shown great interest in withdrawing from our great union, should be allowed to secede, with approval from their residents. Even though their ancestors saw the benefits of joining a strong, federal republic, apparently many people in these states do not. Therefore, their general willingness, to be a part of this great nation, should be put to the test, as there is no point in having too many people, living in an area controlled by the United States of America, be discontent with just the fact that they are part of the United States of America. We don't want people whom don't want to be part of our society.
