The actions of the Republican Senators during the proceedings on June 25, 2013 fall under the category of fraud by knowingly holding the vote for SB5 after the allotted time, and altering the records to coincide with their cause.
On top of this highly illegal offence, their other misdemeanors include and illegal order in parliamentary proceedings, willfully ignoring protocol when it suited their cause while strictly enforcing it upon their opponents, refusal to go over the transcripts to recognize their wrongful proceedings, and even ignoring prioritized call for adjournment by a female Democratic Senator before tabling the debate.
The blatant disregard for the laws they have been sworn to uphold is inexcusable and they should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
