Hold Samsung and China Mobile responsible for confusing the average consumer with Galaxy S4 configurations

I recently bought a China Mobile version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Android phone. Before the purchase, one of the main features of the phone that was presented in public information is that it comes with double quad core processors. A couple of weeks after the purchase, I found through online forums that the phone I bought actually has only one quad core processor instead of 2. I complained to both Samsung after-sale service and that of China Mobile, both insisted that they only promoted the phone as quad-core, not double quad-core or 8 core. When I complained about the confusion on two online cell phone forums: www.gfan.com and www.tphone8.com, I received numerous messages attacking me as "stupid", "not having done enough research", "it was all your fault". Any support will be appreciated!
