Schools are not implementing Seth's Law because no one is holding them accountable. Where does one file or report complaints to request an investigation and hold schools and school districts accountable? If a school fails to take precaution and prevent bullying they should not have authority to suspend a student who fought in self-defense telling that students they could have walked away but chose not to, thereby, suspending them and labeling them an aggressor when in truth they are still victims of bullying.
