We the People propose a special election to install proper leadership and representation to pass all previous year budgets required by law.
All current sitting members of the Senate, House of Representatives and the Presidency of the United States will be reelected in an open special elections to be held within 60 days that will allow for the replacement of incumbents who have failed their duty under oath and law to pass budgets.
The President, Senate and House have all taken an oath to protect and defend. All members are in danger of contempt of their oaths of public office by irresponsibly ignoring law that requires a budget to be passed prior to 1 October of each and every year.
