Sprint recently change the terms and conditions in our contracts. As part of our contract Sprint allows us to leave the contract, without an early termination fee, if they change anything. As many of the people in the United States called they refused to let us go stating they are not accountable for "surcharges." This king of behavior from the big cell phone companies can no longer be tolerated. The government should implement policies to better protect consumers from cell phone companies from do this now as well as in the future.
