Hold states accountable for providing care and facilities for the mentally ill and traumatic brain injury patients.

I want the mentally ill and traumatic brain injury patients to not be victimized by our states. They are homeless for lack of facilities. They are in jails and prisons and they also die on the streets. They are treated in the court system like they have all of their mental capacities, put on probation and work release programs and when they fail to hold up their bargain they go to prison. This is the modern day way of getting rid of our mentally ill like when they were put in insane asylums and left to rot.
