SuperPACs and their publicly announced donors should both financially and legally be held liable for false, slanderous, sexist, racial comments and statements made in a public forum by both the donor and/or SuperPAC. This should be applied to all parties involved.

Publicly announced donors refers to any one person or entity such as a business owner (in part or fully representing the business or organization)

Public forum refers to television advertisements, television appearances, social media feeds (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and accounts owned and controlled by either the entity and/or SuperPAC.
