Hold Syria accountable for violating the Geneva Convention in their use of nerve gas against their own people.

Violation of Geneva Convention occurred in Homs, Syria on December 25, 2012 when the Syrian government deployed Sarin-like nerve gas against rebel forces. The accuracy of reports are upheld by Maj Gen Abdul-Aziz Jassim Al-Shallal of the Syrian armed forces and cannot be ignored. Assad should be charged with a war crime and sent to trial.
