Hold telecommunication companies responsible for anyone using their service to make illegal robo-/telemarketing calls.

Created by L.M. on January 10, 2014

The Do-Not-Call Implementation Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-10, was H.R. 395 of the 108th Congress, and codified at 15 U.S.C. § 6101 et. seq.), was signed into law by President George W. Bush on March 11, 2003.
Because there are no repercussion for those who choose to ignore this Act, telemarketers and robocalls continue to deluge residential phone numbers. It's impossible to file a complaint with the FCC for robocalls which do not provide a company name and, or, who block their own phone numbers. This leaves customers without any means of redress.
Telecommunication companies bill customer usage, so, must be able to identify those customers making thousands of sequentially numbered calls, thus profiting from the illegal activity. Hold the gatekeepers accountable.
