Hold Texas police officer Charles Kleinert legally accountable for "Accidentally" shooting unarmed Larry Jackson Jr.

Created by A.O. on October 30, 2015

Federal judge Lee Yeakel threw out manslaughter charges that were brought against officer Charles Kleinert after he "accidentally" shot & killed Larry Jackson Jr. of Austin, Texas. The judge claimed that the state of Texas does not have a right to bring any criminal charges against Kleinert because he was deputized by the FBI. This allowed a man who admitted he "accidentally" shot & killed an unarmed citizen to walk free with all charges dropped. If the state of Texas is not allowed to bring charges, the federal government needs to step in and bring their own charges. This is clearly a hate crime. Officer Kleinert was so outraged that he commandeered a woman's vehicle & ordered her to chase after Jackson. This man needs to be held accountable, just like you or I would be.
