The wording is clear. The precedent has been set long before the Hughes amendment by lawyers judges and the like. Precedent has been set long before the NFA, the ATF and even your administration. The questions asked in this 21st century are irrelevant even if justified for one very simple reason. No action has been taken on amending this living document called The Constitution through an Article five convention making any laws passed in infringement or dare I say restriction moot. Only through the decadency and conflict of interest in both parties has these laws been allowed to continue. Too long has this been allowed to continue.
So let's start by repealing that darn NFA and Hughes amendment shall we?
