Scanners approved and enforced by the TSA in airports were not only charged with being ineffective, but also undignified. The TSA allowed for officers and airport employees to scan the bodies of thousands of people without disclosing to the people what is really seen on screen. Peoples' were abused from their private lives by being forced to scan their bodies without the knowledge that the scanner would expose their bodies in the most undignified way. This is unacceptable. Read this article by an ex-TSA agent who explains how people's bodies were exposed while knowing the machines didn't work. What is even more disgusting is the idea that certain groups of people were being targeted! American people!
