Hold a U.N. conference to ban nuclear missiles permanently to avoid a nuclear disaster.

The reason for this petition is because if WWIII were to occur, it should not be fought with Nuclear missiles that would force familes underground. This would also prevent radiation from plaguing U.S. soil.
