As the American people are well aware of the Department of Veteran Affairs is problematic.
From health care to lengthy backlogs of disability claims. These issues are in the news and elected officials state that they are aware of the problem and addressing it.
Here is an idea..... Fire the government employees that are responsible for the claims and have a high backlog.
I am aware to have an accurate claim it the process needs time but years is unacceptable.
As a example, I have had a claim in since April 2011 and no communication from the Cleveland office what so ever in the past several years... unacceptable and I am fed up with it.
