Video game makers like the makers of Call of Duty Black Ops II should be made to give refunds for the games they make, if they can not make the game work like it should. If the game has so many problems related to the lag compensation software they put in it. We the customers should be allowed to return it and not be stuck with a game that doesn't work. The game is almost completely unplayable equal to having a scratched disc.
