This petition was created to bring to light the violation of the Oath of Office all obstructionists committed when they fought against all of Obama's administrations appointments and bills.
Any GOP member or Tea Party Republican who entered into office and publicly declared their primary mission was to stop Obama's administration is in direct violation of their oaths, as they purposefully entered into office with, "mental reservation (and/)or purpose of evasion." By violating their oaths, they have given up their rights to represent the people of their respective states and should be immediately ejected from office, without benefits or pay.
