Hold 'Vote of Confidence' for Congress. Simple majority in a National poll would require all congress members to resign.

Dear Mr. President;

We ask you to hold Congress to a "Vote of Confidence," a National poll of the American people to be held amongst the entire population and to be won by majority vote; if at least 50% of the voting public agrees, a new Congress should be elected.

A favorable vote would require each member of Congress to resign their office immediately and for new elections to be held on Election Day, November 2016.

Prior to election, gerrymandering of congressional districts shall be abolished by redrawing boundaries of no more than 4 Sides to a perimeter. "Side" defined by a line parallel to longitude or latitude, or by a geographic feature (e.g. a body of water).

Past and present Congress members are to be barred from candidacy in this and all future contests for political office.
